Well, it feels VERY real now... we are now only a short time away from being parents! We're now at 28 weeks and the time is flying by, so we figured we had better get some photos done to be able to look back upon this time and share with our new little one how he looked while still inside his mom!
This was a fun promotion with a great cause. Eastgate Square in Stoney Creek asked me to capture its Family Movie Night at the mall. The flick of the evening was a classic for families: E.T. The Extra Terrestrial. One of my all-time faves. E.T himself even made an appearance! The price of admission was a non-perishable food donation collected by volunteers from the Salvation Army. In return, movie goers also got a few treats to enjoy and a complimentary umbrella in the event that Mother Nature had other plans. She was kind, however, and it was the perfect evening to watch a movie under the stars. Staff set up a giant inflatable screen and there was plenty of seating for everyone. As the sun set, the movie began, and a great time was had by all!
Thanks go out to the management and staff of Eastgate Square, and the volunteers of the Salvation Army for collecting the Food donations.
The Centre on Barton has gone through a major renovation. The old mall was torn down and in place was built a brand new, modern open air pedestrian friendly plaza. Part of the new design included a separate food pavilion, providing a wonderful, bright and fresh area for shoppers to enjoy a quick bite while they are out.
I was asked to capture the events of the opening day for the new building. Excited patrons waited eagerly in line outside for a chance to see the new eating area and enjoy an early morning meal. Everyone who showed up early received a gift bag to mark the occasion.
Congratulations goes out to the management and staff of the centre on Barton for a successful opening day!
